Tip of the Week

When buying caviar, keep the following in mind: purchase on the best...even if it means purchasing small quanities; to enjoy it fully, simply do as the experts suggest, don`t garnish it and keep it simple and natural...adding only with or toasted bread, buckwheat or regular blinis, hard boiled eggs, potato pancces, rice and crackers. However, you should keep in mind that accompaniments such as creme fraiche, avocade, source cream and unsalted butter, do not detract from the caviar`s unique taste.
