One Ramen noodle package, shrimp
flavored
4 cups water
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
¼ cup broccoli, peeled and
chopped
1" thick onion, chopped
3 ounces cooked shrimp

Fill medium size saucepan with water. Place veggies into water. Bring water to boil. Add Ramen noodles and seasoning
package. Cook until noodles are done, about 4
minutes. Add shrimp to soup, just to warm. Serve immediately.

And, for those seafood chowder lovers
among us....try this:
2 T butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery stick, chopped
1 can (14 ounces) fat free, low sodium
chicken broth
1 cup pasta shells, small size
1 bay leaf
¼ t dried thyme
1/8 t ground nutmeg
1/8 t ground red pepper
1 13-oz can evaporated milk, fat free
8 ounces fresh shrimp
1 16 ounce can clams
8 ounces fresh fish fillets, your
choice
2 T chopped parsley

In a large saucepan, warm butter or
margarine over medium heat.
Add onion and celery. Cook until
tender, about 5 minutes.
Add broth, pasta, bay leaf, thyme,
nutmeg, and red pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15
minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in evaporated milk, shrimp, clams
(with liquid), fish, and parsley.
Heat for 10 minutes or until fish
flakes easily.
