Tip of the Week

When using marinades make sure you don`t over marinade and don`t reuse marinades to baste cooked fish and seafood. The exception to this rule is that if you use marinades that have been in contact with uncooked fish and seafood, they must be brought to a rolling boil before you can use them as a sauce.
